Billy Joel will be playing in the Key Arena here in Seattle next week. I was introduced to his music at an early age because of my brother’s obsession with Joel’s hit ‘We didn’t start the fire’. My bro loved the challenge of singing along to it, his favorite pastime used to be start singing along, shut off the tape recorder and turn it back on after a minute to see if they were still in sync

So this week’s exercise for me is to write a little bit about everything described in the song.

I’ve been trying to eat healthy and exercise regularly for the past month or so. It’s been hard to eat healthy because the more time I spend working out the less time I have to cook. Here’s a couple of articles that bubbled up on delicious today that serve as a reminder.

Never organize what you can discard. My life would be a lot better if I lived by this rule and applied it to everything I do, not just to the vast amounts of junk in my apartment.
